22nd Annual LMSA Regional Conference is coming to Stanford
Fundraising
The conference is our chief fundraising event to help finance and support numerous outreach programs for all LMSA chapters. The proceeds from the conference will go towards our mentorship programs, community health screenings and education, community youth programs, future LMSA conferences, as well as academic scholarships. Stanford University LMSA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Prices and Benefits
Conference Sponsorship
Organizations who make a gift to LMSA for $5,000.00 or more to the conference will be designated signature sponsors of the LMSA Regional conference which includes:
- Full page advertisement in both the conference program and banquet booklet
- A six-foot table for exhibition space and provisions for two exhibitors during both days of the conference
- Display any banners you provide to demonstrate our partnership during the conference and banquet
- A full-year display of a 170 x 64 pixel organization logo on the partners' acknowledgement page on the LMSA Regional website
- Two complimentary tickets to the graduation banquet
- Project your logo as our partner throughout the banquet
- Partnership Award from LSMA, and a photo of the award presentation will be displayed on our website
- We also welcome your input on how we may increase your visibility and recognize your contributions to LMSA
Banquet Sponsorship
Sponsoring a table at the Graduating Seniors Banquet ($1,200.00)
- A sign (including name and logo) recognizing the sponsoring organization will appear on the table
Sponsoring a graduating medical student and his/her family at the Graduating Seniors Banquet ($250.00)
- A place setting acknowledgement (including name and logo) will be placed at the seats of the sponsored family
Sponsoring a graduating medical student at the Graduating Seniors Banquet ($100.00)
- A place setting acknowledgement (including name and logo) will be placed at the seat of the sponsored medical student
Advertising
Please submit your print advertisement layouts in PDF or Word format to davidf01@stanford.edu by March 10, 2006. Make all images a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

- Full-page advertisement measuring 7.5" x 9" ($500.00)
- Half-page advertisement measuring 7.5" x 4.38" ($375.00)
Banquet Booklet Advertising
- Full-page advertisement measuring 4.5" x 7" ($400.00)
- Half-page advertisement measuring 4.5" x 3.63" ($275.00)
LMSA.NET On-Line Display
- Full-Year (12-months) displaying 170 x 64 pixel logo ($1,000.00)
- Half-year (6-months) displaying 170 x 64 pixel logo ($600.00)
Exhibiting
A gift of $500 from your organization will provide you with:
